I was just in Las Vegas in October. Tourneau in Caesars Palace has one of the largest retail wrist watch stores in the US. They have every major brand and also carry plenty of preowned Rolex. There are also a few Rolex dealers and a boutique in Vegas but they did not carry any preowned. If nothing else you should at least check them out

I like browsing in Vegas because the selections and the boutiques are great, but it's not the best place to buy. That said, the people at the Rolex Wynn boutique are really nice. They're also nice at the Wynn & Co across the hall... they always make me try on watches that have stratospheric prices if I'm looking at them at the case. Pretty cool.

Sorry no known cool grey market shops in LV. Expect to pay full retail at any Rolex dealer, on the strip or not.

Look up TRF Tusted Sellers. Many go to Las Vegas on business and have been happy to coordinate their trips with delivering an "Incoming" Good Luck and I hope you find the watch you are looking for.
