1) nobody could beat his price (and I tried hard to obtain better)
2) communication was extremely high--kept me informed throughout the process. He proactively reached out to me and would take his time talking with me and answering my many many questions. His expert advice was very insightful as well.
3) the brand new Rolex came just as I expected. Flawless.
