I've the chance to pick up this pre-owned model at circa US$7,000. Anyone knows what the current market value of this would potentially be?

Thanks, yes I saw that too but it’s difficult to get an accurate sense since there are also those listed at 2x the price

There is not much for sale, even eBay got only one for sale.

I used to have one of these. It was my first expensive (>$1000) watch. Really nice watch, and I wish I still had it. I sold it around 5 years ago for about $4000.

Thanks for the info - certainly looks interesting. What prompted you to sell it, and what did you move on to next?

I had it a while, and was looking for something new. I'm a one watch guy, so the PAM 74 got sold off. I wound up with an Omega Planet Ocean (8500). That too was a nice watch, but eventually sold it for a Rolex Sub. Don't miss the PO, but do miss the PAM 74.
