Explorer II only runs for 1 minute then stops

My Explorer II (Z serial) runs for one minute then stops. Yes, I've tried winding the watch for 40 full turns. A recent service was completed 1 year ago. I haven't dropped it or anything like that. Any ideas? I'm guessing I'll have to send it in but wanted to see if anyone had another idea. Thanks.

Most possibly a broken mainspring.

Who serviced it 1 year ago. If it was a full service they would have replaced the main spring so it could be something else. Take it back as it should still be under service warranty.

It was was a full service and is still under warranty. Sounds like it's going back.

Absolutely. Doesn't sound like something your doing wrong to create this issue.

Hopefully, there's a warranty on the service.

It's broke. Get it fixed. You're welcome.
