Purchased the sub today. 116610LN

Couldn’t be happier to have purchased my first Rolex from an AD today. Was torn between multiple models from the DJ41, Explorer 1, to the BLNR finally landed on the Sub date and I picked it up around 1 today. Totally understand why this is such a historical piece. And I am glad I went with the date. Thanks for help with deciding as I posted many questions about what model to choose. Cheers to a good year!

IMHO out of all the choices in the Rolex line up you picked the best one for your first purschase. It has been listed as the most iconic watch from all the manufactures thru out the history of wrist watches... So congrats and enjoy!

Congratulations! My first Rolex purchase and quite likely my last. Anything else will get little, to no, wear time. Enjoy it.
