Quick question around Warranty card

Just a quick question..

Had my wife drop off my Tudor BBN for service at our local AD. It was making some strange noises and the PR was off. All still under warranty. I gave her an envelope with the receipt and warranty card in it's holder etc.

She dropped it off and they told her 4-8 weeks.

Didn't bother to check the envelope until now and noticed the warranty card is missing. is this normal practice to keep the card if they were sending it to Rolex for warranty work? Or should I still have the card? Will they be sending it back to me with the watch.

Just curious.

Thanks

Yes it's normal to send the watch in with the warranty card.....or a copy of the card+bill of sale (bill of sale depends on the RSC). They will send back the physical card with the watch when the service is done.

100% normal.

They'll send you back a new card (usually), plus a nice new Rolex soft leather watch pouch :)

The first time I had to part w a Rolex or Tudor and it’s warranty card, def gave me an uneasy feeling! But like the others have said, it will come back to you w a travel pouch.
