Thank You Chadri

What a guy. Has really become a great pal over the years.

I tend to be a RubberB guy. He has said good things about Everest.

Because I put my SubC bracelet on the BLNR I wanted to do rubber on my sub. He suggested I try his green one. He also suggested I could keep it if I like it.

What a guy!!

Turns out I love it. Didn’t think I would. But the green makes it super fun and playful.

Thanks my friend. Made my day.

No prob brother! Wasn't getting much wrist time lately. I'm happy you'll be able to give Everest a go. They make and excellent product that's super comfy! Green and black looks surprisingly good too!

I’m sold on these. Truly.

It’s much softer and more comfortable than I’m used to. Still evaluating vs the OF, but either way, I’m really enjoying this.

Maybe I could piggyback some of this brotherhood?? ...I have wanted to try one these rubber straps. Will the stock Everest strap fit an 8" wrist on a Subc or GMTIIc?

I would hate to be on the last notch even if it did fit.

Definitely curious what your thoughts are on it vs the Rolex OF.

I'm pretty well established on my opinion at this point. They are difficult to compare because of the end links. The Endlink "look" can't be beat IMO. So that plays a big part.

As far as comfort, quality and design, I give the OF the edge. HOWEVER, the Everest strap is literally half the price and comes with a tang buckle option.

I also think the OF is a bit over engineered. The ventilation fins are super cool, and work really well, but I never had any breathability issues with my Everest bands. And while the OF probably ventilates a little bitter than the Everest, it raises the strap slightly off the wrist, which I always thought looked a little funny. In all fairness it looks more pronounced in photos. On the wrist I barely notice.

All things considered it's very close.

Anyway, enjoy it my brother!

I think you'd be good to go. My guess is you'd be on the third, or second to last hole.

Or you could get a strap made to be used with the existing clasp. Which is my favorite way to wear an everest.
