I have no idea about Price TR- the £GBP is falling against the USD$ all the time. so i cannot advise on that- sorry bro but the price does NOT seem too expensive to me

After I canceled deal with 232, I think I will buy one of 'em. For 250, the value is too high. and I don't really like chrono. So I think I will go for 90 or 88, if the price is right with complete set.

Tophy, 90 look more simple than 88 to me IMO. But 88 have more good function.

From my personal choice:
88 - Dial is a bit too busy, seems a little chunky as well, do you need a GMT function? 90 - Power reserve really isn't that useful, especially for a watch with a low reserve. 250 - It's a chrono, so by definition it's busy, do you need a chrono? I'd personally look at what you need, would you ever use the second timezone on a GMT, or the chrono function on the 250, if not then why pay the extra, there's a lot of nice luminor marina models out there with no extras, just a plain dial, sub dial seconds and do the job for a cheaper price.

Oh yeah, forgot to say which i would choose
![]() If i had that choice, then it would be the 88, it's a looker and has the most useful function out of the 88 and 90, the 250 is a completely different beast, i love chronos and if i didn't already have one i'd probably go for the 250 myself but i know a lot of people don't like panerai chronos for one reason or another.

Current MRSP on those three are:
PAM 88 = $7200, so you're getting 11.35% off PAM 90 = $7400, so you're getting 12.05% off PAM 250 = $8700, so you're getting 11.4% off. Now the PAM 88 is a good seller, so getting over 10% off is good, the PAM 90 again is the same, but the 250 isn't that great a seller, so i'd hope for more going by what you're getting off the 88 and 90. The 88 is a good price, so is the 90 but this is going by the US pricelist and i don't know if it's the same list in Indonesia, if it is then they're good prices.

You've got to get a Luminor, the 88 is something that sells well and getting a discount is good, again the 90 is a good model but a power reserve indicator on something with 2 days power reserve just seems a bit of a waste.
If you want a chrono then the panerai daylights are very good, large dial, 3 sub dials, date feature and a rugged look, i don't really understand why they don't get a bit more praise as they have a good look and a good standard.

I really like the 250 but would go 88. I like the 90 but it is the only watch I flipped and never wore. Sure the 88 is busy but works well.
Sorry no pics of 90. |

You can always try and get it a bit lower, in the UK it is a little high due to the exchange rate, but in the US it would be a good deal.

Yeah, I am not seeing much of a discount on the 88 in my area. Maybe 5% if lucky... I have heard of others getting straps included - maybe a hardcover book...
The AD's in the U.S. do not appear to be "super" motivated to discount. Anybody have a different experience? Maybe AD's outside of California?

88 is a modern classic and just a cool watch. The subdial makes that baby and the GMT is always a fun function.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Can't go wrong with the 88 bro, jump on it! One of my top Panerai favorites ever!! Can you tell I'm a fan? LOL!
