Thoughts on this Datejust

Saw this in a window of a reputable jewellers. Not an AD for Rolex but carries other brands. Cyclops looks off centre by quite some way.

There appears to be some dial damage above the “er”... and the printing doesn’t look great. Could be the photo...

It’s real. Damaged dial and cheap aftermarket replacement crystal. I’m guessing the crystal smashed and damaged the dial. If they haven’t replaced that dial what else have they skimped on? Doubt it’s been serviced afterwards. Avoid.

This. Looks like damage to the "E" in Rolex as well. Whoever installed that crystal must have graduated from the Wile E. Coyote School of Watchmaking.
