I am in Cartagena Colombia with my wife until this Friday we happened to stroll through a Rolex AD that had a few Rolexes of which he has I think 1 or 2 hulks for $9k if anyone is interested...

Yep. They have done a 180 degree turn. I spent 14 years living in Central America and went to the US to buy most anythning that was technical, critical or of high dollar value.
