I've wanted one for a long, long time. May I ask, did you go Grey Dealer or AD? Did you get a good discount?

No discount; BUT 12 months same as cash! BIG DEAL, I pay cash anyway. I've seen some 20%+ discounts from Grey dealers though. I'll probably wait until the new clasps come out.

I originally went to my local AD. The list price was $9475 and the best they would come off was 8% and I would have to pay tax on top of that. I looked around at some of the Grey Dealer websites and found that on this particular watch there were deals to be had. The one I went with was offering an immediate 14% off and then another $800 off on top of that. Also I didn't have to pay tax. So, in the end it was at least a $1500 dollar savings by going with the grey dealer. The watch arrived Fed-ex and during the hours they stated. The watch is beautiful and I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase the YM. I am very very picky and indecisive when it comes to a purchase like this. The only thing I am disappointed with is there was a small scratch on the bracelet and the lug part of the watch. (I think thats the term) It will have to be polished to get it out. Its very noticable to me, but probably not to anyone else. I am just going to accept it since it most likely will accumulate more scratches in time anyway. Although, I take very good care not to allow this to happen, I'm sure it is bound to happen sooner or later and didn't think it was worth returning it. All and all very happy with the transaction aside from that.

A scratch? Was it advertised as new? Did it have the plastic on it? I, too, am extremely anal about stuff like that. I never bought fron a Grey Dealer but am attracted to the big discounts. I just might go with an AD if there's a good chance I'll end up with a scrached watch.

If you deal with a gray dealer here on the board have NO worries!

The gray dealers here I know go further out of their way than my AD
to make sure I am happy

It did have the plastic all over it, except on the dial and the back plastic was missing...where the hologram used to be. Also the time was set. I called them immediately and spoke to the owner. He said that he set the time. It was from a dealer listed on here several times so I'm sure they are very reputable. Its not very noticable but i was surprised to see it. Still love the watch!!!!! Just being the way I am about stuff. I could probably find something wrong with anything. So I'm trying not to stress about it. Got my second ROLEX..all is right with the world.!!!!!!!!!! Hope to post pictures soon!!!
