Best Vintage Patek for Girlfriend - 3919j or 5022r?

Hi everyone,

My girlfriend's recently caught the watch bug, and the she's only interested in having a Patek She loves the 7200r, but it's a little out of her price range, and there doesn't seem to be much of a grey market for it.

Lucky for her though, I think a lot of the vintage men's watches would be perfect for her given her size preference of about 33 - 34.5mm. I've started researching, and I think the 3919j or the 5022r could be strong contenders. I want here to have a reference that isn't completely obscure like some of the vintage women's watches I've seen, and both of these seem to have had long last popularity with some semblance of a market and liquidity should she ever need.

Question for everyone here: are there any others I should be looking at, e.g. the 3992 automatic Calatrava, the 5034 Time Travel, the 3820 Breguet numerals? Any tips when it comes to looking for a 3919j Calatrava?

Any advice or thoughts on the sub $15,000 men's vintage market would be much appreciated. Thank you.

While not "vintage" per se, the 5066 on a bracelet would be a great size (and watch), which should retain very strong value (given that it sells at a premium to the last known MSRP):

You might also want to consider 3796. My wife has one and loves it.
