Export repair Michael yung

Hi everyone just need a bit of advice if anyone can help please.

I am about to post my 16710 bracelet to Michael to have the stretch taken out of it but I was wondering what I need to do to avoid having to pay import export duty as I understand because it’s a repair it is exempt.

Does anybody have any experience of this from the UK to Hong Kong.

Thanks in advance for any help

To avoid paying VAT and import duty you need to have "Outward Processing Relief", if you complete a google search you will find the information and instructions there, good luck.
