Speedmaster Pro Clasp Compatibility

Quick question for you guys...if I own a new-version Speedmaster Pro (with the screw-type bracelet) is it compatible with the micro-adjust clasp that is included with the Seamaster 300MC (vintage-styled) diver's watch?

The reason I ask is that I absolutely love the clasp on my Seamaster 300MC and I would really like to buy an extra to install on my Speedmaster Pro to allow for much-improved comfort in the summertime.

I assume I can order just the clasp from the boutique? Does anyone know the approximate cost?

Thanks!

I don't know if it will fit your particular watch, but I put one on my Seamaster Planet Ocean and I love the adjustability. I ordered mine from my Omega AD, and I think it was around $130 USD. If you call your AD, they should be able to answer your questions.

Yes, the clasp with micro-adjustment from your Seamaster 300 Master Co-Axial fits the current-reference Speedmaster Pro bracelet, and yes, a Boutique will sell the clasp and the two links you need in order to make the swap. The whole nut costs ~$200.

Here is a link to a thread with all the details you need in order to do it. Those who have made the switch are very glad we did.

$229., tax included. One week of waiting, if ordered by boutique.
