1675 advice please

Good morning. Just looking for advice on this one, as I’m in unfamiliar territory with a 1675.
What I’m looking for, and what I know from trusted seller. (Seller is very good vintage seller here)

***looking for an honest 1675, a wearer, not a showpiece***
-MKIV dial? Watch advertised as 1978
-hands are color matched by LAWW, but original
-obviously case is reworked / polished
-mark on dial between 1-2
-replaced caseback
-running at COSC
-price under $12K

This is what I know. Anything else I should be concerned with?
Is this a green flag buy in your opinion?

Thanks for the help as always !

MKV dial with a ding in it makes it a pass right there, and its likely been re-lumed. You'll never find a correct caseback and you'll have to buy a bracelet...

I wouldn't buy this for $12k.
