Rolex 18238

Hello looking for some help. this watch is posted on website overseas and i didnt know if an 18238 caseback was typically stamped. is this original?

These photos seem heavily retouched. Might not be a bad idea to request un-retouched images from the seller, in case this is a watch you're thinking of buying.

At least the dial dont fit this model! I dont even know if this is an original dial....imlove the 18238 but i would pass this one for sure..goodluck!
