New Pepsi value.

Is anyone here brave enough, to predict, what the asking price of a 2018 Pepsi, might be in a year or two?

The grey market price will reduce soon, there are far more of these popping up on the forums as incoming than there ever was with say the SS Skydwellers (especially Blue) or the Daytona C's.

I think Rolex have a large allocation on these when you think the forums probably make up a small amount of overall buyers there certainly have been plenty out, even my mate took a photo of one in an AD today (to be supplied elsewhere of course)

Not sure many would take that bet. But if I was given a choice between the two at identical price, I'd take the BLNR.

We’re over a year after the SS SkyD was released. When I spoke to a guy in DMR in Canary Wharf earlier this year he was pretty frustrated to report that they hadn’t received a single piece up to that point and the VIP’s on his list were getting very annoyed. Bear in mind that this is in Canary Wharf i.e. high footfall of rich bankers not some village AD. Hence the SkyD is currently still selling for +50% vs retail on the secondary market.

So if the supply of the far, far more hyped and desirable BLRO follows that trend then I can easily see the price hovering around £15k in a years time. More so if there’s a long overdue price increase in the interim.

Thinking it’ll sell for less than the BLNR in a year is wishful thinking, and that’s coming from a BLNR owner.

I’m guessing it’ll still be somewhere around $15-16k. It just depends on too many things to really know though.

I’m willing to bet my current Rolex watches that the price will be over $0.01.

My AD has had 1.... yes ONE WG OF Daytona since launch. I didn't even bother to ask about the sky dweller but it cant be many more than that. So yeah, some models randomly dont get to AD's. He got me a BLRO though, so go figure.

The the pepsi will stay up there in price. Many of you guys have wishful thinking that the price will drop so that you could buy it at a reasonable price in the near future.

If I was a betting man, I would bet that it will stay above $18,000 for at least 1-2 years.

The pepsi is a new release and logically it makes sense for rolex to move a high amount of piece out on the "launch" month. Now lets see how long it takes for the second or third batch to arrive.

I dont see the price dropping until 4-5 years down so get on the list when you can!

Remember though there are a lot out already, compare it to Daytona's and SS Blue SkyDweller, there has actually been loads of SS BLRO's which tells me they won't retain such a high initial price. I think +35% in a year on retail

there are not loads. I posted pics of mine on IG and i got literally 100 unsolicited offers to buy it. no joke. Not saying they were legit though, but its bizarre.

The first batch did hit a pretty WIS heavy demographic and we are seeing a few on the forums.... and almost all are in the UK at this point.

When the daytona C came out it seemed like every single person on this forum got one in the first 6 months. Go look at the daytona C owners club forum......it's long. We are in a bubble here of enthusiasts, so no, don't think the allocations are as much as people are thinking. It seems like that blue sky dweller is just about as numerous as a unicorn in the wild though.

I’d bet the cost of a blnr that’s false. Don’t forget the blnr has been in production several years now.

Having got mine on Friday I have to say, the more that people see this stunning piece the more sought after it will become so I think it will settle around the £12-14k range for the next 2-5 years

Rolex does what Rolex does. Even though it's on fire right now I don't believe they're going to amp up the production of any model. ADs I've spoken with also said they heard nothing of cutting production either. I think after its out for a couple of years it will still be a hot one but more like the Hulk and Blnr and the prices will somewhat fall to their level as well. I can't see it being anything like the Daytona in the long run.

I’m just here to say I have seen threads from 6 or 7 years ago here laughing at people paying around 6 or 7k for a Kermit. Same people saying those or prices wouldn’t last.....

Depends on inventory. I held out over a year, refusing to pay list for a BLNR. Figured it'd be like the LN...hot, but would settle down. Look at it now...if it's any indication, the BLRO will be at list or a premium for a while, unless the flood gates open on supply.

Hard to know a value but the Pepsi will become a lot easier to come by than the SS Daytona once the initial hype dies down. I’m certain that paying more for a Pepsi than the grey market SS Daytona price (which some have already done) is a guaranteed way to lose money.
