Black Bay ETA prices

Anyone else notice that they've come down on the grey market? I swear, 2 months ago people were saying this thing would be at 5k by the end of the summer!

Just goes to show you that we know nothing about the predictability of short and long-term price trends.

Does mean anything for the long term. Just temporary interest in the GMT. They still made less than 3000 of these, exponentially less on leather strap.

I haven’t noticed that much of a decrease? In UK, around 2000-2300 used market

I seem to agree it think short term they will hover around msrp give or take a few hundred but long term they will slowly increase.

Who cares really, i'm never selling mine on strap!

also the 58 is going to garner a ton of interest because its a direct competitor of the subc.

Lol only a couple fools thought it would be 5k by summer. Gmt and 58 will eat into it.

Yeah, limited production doesn’t translate to increased price in all areas. There are tons of watches that are limited editions that never increase in value.

Honestly it was a bit of a forum whirlwind with near zero merit behind it. Its a nice watch, Its an ETA with the endearing rose and smile. The problem is that you can get a really nice manufacture movement Very close looks brand new. Some will like the smile and rose, but the 58 and other variants will capture a big percentage of the tudor market

I think they'll stabilize around 4k for black and low 3's for red and blue W/ full set. Just my guess..

Looks like a lot of you think the 58 will make a big splash. It's just a regular Black Bay but 2mm smaller, right? Or am I missing something

in house movement. and perfectly sized. major complaint was thickness of the bb in house movement case being nearly 15 mm thick.
