Seiko jubilee end link

Well now I have done did it .
Damn ocd had me take.off the end link and I bent it all up
Any clue which way to bend it to fix it?
Or should I but a whole new band

Easy to bend it back. I do this all the time to adjust the endlinks to meet the case. I show a little bit of this here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZnEYpoQ6l4
