This is ofcourse a stock picture from a dealer. I can't find this model on Panerai website and can't find any for sale. 561 with 1950 case?

No.

That looks like a 561, but it has an incorrect device protecting the crown (crown guard) and the case isn't right, as you mentioned.

See below for an authentic 561.
