A man troubled by an enlarging prostate, seemingly on its way from a golf-ball to a tennis ball, plucked up courage to go to an Urologist for a second opinion.

A little dismayed to find instead of the expected male, a rather fetching young French woman, who's matter of fact manner about the digital exploration of my anus allayed my shame until, in the middle of her examination I gave vent to a sonic boom of a fart of enormous proportions

Puce coloured with embarrassment , he said, "I'm sorry Doctor, I couldn't help it"

Smiling sweetly at me, she replied, "Not at all, Sir...Wait until you get my account...You'll sh!t yourself"
