My SD strap problem solved....

Yep,

This is the strap I'd been looking for. NowI can wear my SD in comfort and no longer have to think about flipping it.

Oh, and happy new year folks.

I've wondered for a long time why Rolex don't offer a rubber strap on their Dive watches
Even Patek offer a rubber strap.

Or even a swap-out NATO or rubber strap as part of the kit it comes in, allowing the strap to be changed at will, stopping the embarrassing 'loosing the sub while partaking in water sports' incidents.

Yeah, you'd think that Rolex would have learnt something from the fact that the Royal Navy and others didn't want a metal bracelet.

I agree entirely. However when I had my Sea-Dweller on a NATO strap the strap caught on the spring bar flanges and pulled one end out. As I've said on another thread, I wish the Sea-Dweller still had holes on the case and used the thicker old springbars still

On all real genuine military watches including Rolex the spring bars were fixed welded to the case so they could not pull out.

Yes agree much prefer the lug hole case much easier to change from bracelet to strap.
