Oyster Perpetual Date With Red Hands & Markers: After Market Dial?

Hello All,

I found this Oyster Perpetual Date ( 1500 ) with the roman numeral dial. However this one had Red Hands and the lower half markers where in red as well.

I cannot find any other one like this but I wanted to see if anyone knows if this is a original dial from a certain time span or if this is an after market dial.
