4 or 4.5

Hopefully someone has run into this before.

I just received my Subc a week ago and I can't seem to get the links correctly sized. My issue is that when I put 4 links on the 6 o'clock side it pulls the watch head too close to my thumb side. I put 4.5 links on the 6 o'clock side and now it pulls to the other side. I think I need a 1/4 link??? I'm at a loss.

Here is a picture with 4.5 links. I'll snap one of the 4 links tomorrow when i do my daily switch.

The clasp seems to be centered no matter where I have the link.

There's no 1/4 link...sorry. You're going to have to work it out with what's there.

The good news is that at least you've got a 1/2 link on the steel...on the TT/PM models, you don't even get that.

So...what's the setup on the 12 o'clock side?

I hear ya on that one and the glidelock is great.

Its the 6 o'clock side that gives me fits. The 6 o'clock side determines where the watch head falls on the wrist. the glidelock determines the tightness. unless im missing something.

I'm sure i just need to pick one and stick to it. Got spoiled by the 16610 I guess where the 4.5 links were perfect for my clearly deformed wrist.

oh well i guess there are worse problems to have
