I found a similar one HERE,with similar dial. Could that be that they had a stock of these sunburst dials somewhere?
If it's aftermarket (let's call it fake dial), I must admit it's really nicely done, especially on that silver sunburst. If it was a very limited edition (dreaming) it would be gorgeous...
