Yes a transparent circular sticker with a green edge to one side.

They do but with AD's removing stickers you may not get one.

yes but i've bought several new watches with various degrees of stickers directly from ADs. Not sure if the AD was taking them off or if that is how Rolex shipped them but all of my watches had at least some stickers on them...

I just picked up a new DJ41 3 days ago and my AD took the stickers off when he sized it but left the caseback sticker on. I guess I'll take it off now that I'm thinking about it and put it in the coffin.

It seems you're referring to the hologram that was not supposed to be removed. New Rolex watches don't have that hologram any longer.

Yes all Rolex watches have stickers on the back of the case. They used to be green now there clear with a small bit of green on one edge
