Do you miss your Rolex on non-wearing Rolex days?

I’ve been thinking about purchasing the 2018 blue Omega SMP 300, however, on days I don’t wear a Rolex I do miss wearing one. My concern is that I’ll buy an Omega and not wear it much because I’ve been wearing Rolex for 16 years.

Has anyone purchased another watch brand and not wear it as much as your Rolex?

P.S. If you own PP or AP I get it 😂.

Only in the sense that the Rolexes are generally heavier than the other brands I own, and I miss the comforting additional weight on my wrist that I'm used to from Rolex.

I rotate through all my watches... But I have more Rolex and Tudor than other brands so I usually have a Rolex or Tudor on anyway. Lol.

I do not miss the Rolex watches any more than the others. It is interesting when you have multiple watches I go through phases with what to wear and have decided to wear what I want. When I have not had a watch on for awhile and give it some wrist time it is nice. My SD43 is my current go to Rolex and what I wear the most in the collection.

Definitely No! I like the variety and different looks of my collection. Wearing only one brand would get boring...I’m a collector

Yes. I’ve been wearing a lot of PAM lately (in addition to AP and PP)

Sometimes and then I just rotate back. Been wearing my PP 5712 lately and not missing anything at all.

Whatchu holdin', maing?

I also miss my Sub when I'm wearing either of my 2 Tags or the Marathon. There's just something so artfully utilitarian and perfect about the Sub.

If a tank could become a piece of art, it would be likened to a Rolex tool watch.

Don't do it. You'll miss the rolly when you have the omega on. I sold my seamaster ceramic blue 41mm for this very reason. On the other hand though, I do have a Panerai PAM00183 and I enjoy wearing this equally to my subC and skydweller only because it is so different to the others I have.

My gut reaction would be to say no, of course not, I own many brands and like them all. And in general that's how I feel. What ever I put on is what I decided was right for that day and it never crosses my mind again.

However, I have taken long trips for work where an expensive watch is not the best choice and can relate to missing the feel of a more substantial watch. But I still can't say it's specifically about a Rolex ...so maybe it's just homesickness.

During my run this morning I wore my Apple Watch and didn’t miss my Rolex at all.

After my run I wore my Rolex & didn’t miss my Apple Watch at all.

Now I’ll wait for someone to say the Apple Watch is not a Watch

Nope, I have AP and PP but recently got a Breitling Seawolf with the fantastic cobra yellow dial and don't miss my Rolexes then at all, altho when the sun pops out I do want to wear my subc sunburst dials on the other wrist.

The watches I love, I miss when I'm not wearing. Most of those are Rolex.
