I recently bought a Tudor Black Bay from Rolex Freak (Sandro) and it was a top notch experience! I mistakenly wired the payment from the US to Toronto in CAD but his account was expecting USD and the payment didn't process for several days. It seemed lost. Sandro worked diligently with myself and his bank to find the root of the problem. Once resolved, he shipped the watch and it arrived safely the next day in excellent condition as described. Thanks Rolex Freak! I love my new timepiece!
