Some straps from my favourite strapmaker ... Julien Landa

On the 104 is a vintage red/gold stitch/black edges.

The other straps are for my wifes 113 .... a stonewashed denim blue,a vintage red and a black with white stitch.

Very cool that is for sure.

I do like the full stitching you know with the stitching across the edge parallel with the screw in spring bar.

You know what I mean.

Stitches along the edges of the strap,I presume ? Yes,always give a bit of contrast to the design.I have a similar strap in the same vintage leather,with red stitch and edges.Thats my favourite strap for the 104.I wanted the same leather for this strap,but something different too .... So decided on gold stitches with black edges.Looks great on the red leather !!

Well you see your straps, there is no stitching along the edge closest to the screw in strap bar.

I still have a 26mm that I want to put on a 24mm watch, I hope it works, because I bought it on your say so that it would.

If it don't there might be consequences.

I got the strap but no tubes, can you believe that, how can anyone, I mean anyone, sell a strap without tubes, man that sucks

What I have is the open ended stitch pattern.What you refer to is the box type stitch pattern where you have another stitch layer running underneath the screw or pin on a quick changing system.I have both types and they all look nice.

Yes,a 26 mm works great on a Luminor.A bit of squeezing the first time,but after it has "shaped" from wearing,its easy to fit again.

Now,if you order a 26mm the strapmaker presumes its for a Radiomir,unless you specifically mention its for a Luminor cased watch.Then he has to send 24mm tubes with.You also get 26mm tubes for the 127 and 217 type 47mm 1950's Luminors.

i like brushed buckle too, i don't think it has to match the clock (brushed).

I have a few straps from Julien ... I have several polished buckles,a black buckle and a torched buckle from him.I ordered this one with the brushed because I didnt have a brushed buckle.Just for a change.
I can give you the same strap on a polished/brushed,black or torched buckle .... whatever you prefer !!!
