How is availability on this watch nowadays I have read that it is being highly sought after and has great acceptance.

It's a hot watch. Not impossible to find by easier in some locations than others.

Still selling for more than MSRP in most second-hand markets I believe. Excellent watch for the money IMO and excellent GMT movement/functionality like its brother from Rolex.
