I was convinced to try a San Pellegrino orange with my Spaghetti lunch today.
I thought Absinthe was banned after the Belle Epoque... you're a brave man.

Hudson valley brewing today before a nice dinner and movie. A brunch style sour ipa with apple and cinnamon. They basically drink like a mimosa. Worth trying for anyone in the upstate ny region.

The cans of different flavours are also very good too. Absinthe is really delicious actually, Pernod also make a very nice one. I don’t like the melting sugar cube addition though as is traditional, too much faffing about. Not my beer as was driving last night (and not a beer fan - probably a good thing being in the home of beer) but apparently it was very tasty !
