My Love Hate Relationship with the Sub ...incoming
Let me start by thanking Aamir (SohAis) for another smooth easy transaction it was time to say goodbye to my explorer II and give another go at a Sub C. I started a while back with a 11610 but once I spent time with the modern beefier bracelets I just didn't like the feel so I traded it earlier last year on a 116610 loved the bracelet but wasn't a fan of the date so I sold it. Of course it didn't take me long before I had a bit of sellers remorse. So here I am back again this time with a 114060... Big fan of the cleaner no date look. I had tendon surgery yesterday on my left elbow so I'm wearing it on my right hand today!

Such a well balanced look. I prefer a date but you can't argue with the elegance of the ND dial.

Speedy recovery! Congrats and I completely understand. Started a thread recently... I do love the Sub and realize that it’s me getting bored, not the watch... hopefully you enjoy yours for a long time!

I hope you have a speedy recovery. Either give it a longer try or add another watch(es) to your collection to allow rotation and minimize boredom. Flipping watches can be pricey.

I also hate how dust accumulates around a Rolex cyclops. The ND's a much cleaner look overall. Can't have it all however.
