Need help sizing my Rolex Oyster bracelet

I’ve read a lot of info regarding sizing our Rolex bracelet but too many different tools for different things and now I am more confuse. I am looking for a decent tool kit to sizing my bracelet and eventually learn how to change out the bracelet to leather bands if needed.
I found Everest Travel Spring Bar Tool Kit for $25
Then Bergeon screwdriver sets which $129 but not sure I ever use all their sizes, currently only own Rolex watches. Should I just buy one size screwdriver? If so, which size. Any advise on which spring bar remover and tweezer size and brand too please.
TIA TRF community.

I read somewhere cheap screwdriver broke off and damage the bracelet. I prefer something more durable quality that would last and not breaking apart trying to unscrew. Any particular brand and serial number would be appreciated.

Can't go wrong with the Rolex 2100 tool if you can find one for the 1.6mm. I also like horotec it's worked well for me.

I use a 6767-f (f=fine tip FYI) and this screwdriver:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Cut-out-1-6...item33ee425378

I use a little bit of blue loctite as well. Blue painters tape on the underside of the lugs and you should be fine.

Below is what I use. The Panerai screwdriver is excellent quality and fits in the screw slots almost perfectly. The Bergeron spring bar tool is also excellent and works great.

Screwdriver: Panerai 1.6 PAV00524
Spring bar tool: Bergeon 7825

If you're referring to the one I posted above, I have it and it works great.

Get a bracelet sizing stand while you're at it, to help keep the bracelet perpendicular to the ground handsfree. It takes quite a bit of pressure to break free the factory loctite. I usually use my left fingers to grip around the blade to make sure it doesn't slip while my right hand is heavy on the torque.

If you reference the picture of the panatime screwdriver tip vs. the regular tip like the eBay driver, there is a marked difference in the way the tip is formed, and is better suited to the Rolex screw head.
The eBay driver ‘will’ work, but it might deform the screw slot if the screw is really tight, whereas the hollow ground tip most likely will not.
When I was adjusting my bracelet, I (mistakenly) bought a Bergeron driver similar to the eBay driver and had to grind it down to better fit the slot. Wish I had known better when I was adjusting my sub bracelet.

A little heat from a blow dryer or hot water helps getting the screws out, they can be tough

I own both the Rolex 2100 (which is the exact Rolex Oyster fit), as well as the Panerai 1.6 from Panatime above! The Panatime version at $18 is as close to perfect as your gonna get...unless you wanna spend $130 on a 2100! As well order some Loctite 222 Purple from Amazon once you find a good fit, use a toothpick to apply a micro drop into the receiving threads and there ya’ go!

At first I misread this post and thought it did not include the 2100 tool! if in fact it does... and is a legit auction that would be a great deal! But experience here tells me it will be over $100 + $18 shipping by the time it ends

I also own a Panerai 1.6 from Panatime, as well as a Bergeon 7825. That plus loctite is all that you’d need.

Looking for one of these as well, unfortunately it’s currently sold out on panatime.

I use my Panerai screw driver it fits perfect for Rolex. I also want to mention my last CHNR bracelet screws were held in snug with excessive amount of factory thread lock. I have done hundreds of watches but without that good screwdriver and some patience, a newbie might have damaged the screws or given up.

Wow. Thank you for the advise.
I found a Bergeon 1.60mm screw driver, is it safe to assume Bergeon 1.60mm is the same as Panerai or any other screwdriver size 1.60mm?

Unfortunately, no. I have both. The Panerai completely fills up the screw head slot, while the Bergeon does not....even the version with the curvature blade.

Yep...I too use the Bergeon 7825 for bracelet removal and it’s great!

Personally...I don’t waste time with hair dryers and hot water to soften stuck Loctite’d screws. I do as Rolex instructed their watchmakers to do for decades and just hold the threaded side of the link under a lighter flame for about 2 seconds! And no, of course it causes no damage at all, as it’s only exposed for 2 seconds...and only to the link.. not the case. Again, this is still standard practice among watchmakers and was in the specific Rolex instructions to them forever on sizing bracelets! Now however...they sale a tool kit costing AD’s over $1K that includes a small and very expensive hair dryer (which inevitably heats most of the watch).

Order placed, thanks for the info.
I used my bergeon spring bar tool to use it as a screw driver and didn’t feel too safe.
