New AP manufacturing site
I just saw on LinkedIn that AP is building a new 10,000 Square meter manufacturing facility. Profits must be good and they'll only get better going Boutique only. Exclusivity. We've already seen what happens when you tell people they can't have what they want.

Odd in view of the CEO's commitment to keep unit growth extremely low. Maybe it's an indoor soccer and health club facility for their employees.

FHB said stable volumes in 2019 (40k units) then growth in 2020 so if it’s a new manufacturing site, it would most likely be able to contribute to 2021 volumes in a meaningful way.
