Costco.com has some Rolex models again
Just noticed that there are some Rolex models back on costco.com. Seems like there haven't been any there for a while, so maybe they are getting some inventory for the holidays. Not sure if these are priced well, but figured I would put this out there for anyone who may be interested. And yes, the lifetime Costco warranty does apply.

So... what does the costco warranty cover for a rolex exactly?

That price is crazy high. Normally they are somewhat competitive

I don’t know but I have seen someone return a watermelon to Costco. Not sure how a watermelon could be malfunctioning or not living up to the owners expectation, however it seems the return policies at Costco are pretty good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Guarantee applies to when the buyer is not “completely satisfied”.

I purchased a Breitling from them back in 2003, a B1 if I recall. 4 years later it died, they gave me my money back no questions asked. Try that at an AD. They would have repaired it if I wanted but I was kinda tired of the watch anyway.

Because it's Costco, one of their sheep will buy it without even checking the price at a local AD. Costco does not put their stores in the middle of nowhere. There is bound to be a dealer close by. But because of their return policy, you can buy it now and check the price tomorrow.

research but the MOP dial alone, to say nothing of the diamond dial, has always been a pricy option. As for, as someone said, Costco stocking only "bottom of the barrel models", clearly in this case that not true. Or, am I simply so enamored by the Rolex Datejust I'm not seeing things clearly? The day a TT DJ MOP w/diamond markers is 'low end, entry level or bottom of the barrel' is the day a SubC becomes a "special order, numbered limited edition collector's piece." Opinions / comments? 10% discount on a very expensive Datejust. IMO it is not a very sought after configuration. Warranty is great though. Before they changed their electronics warranty, I bought a GPS unit and had a problem 2 years later. I returned it and because of technology pricing I was able to buy a similar model cheaper from them. Walked away with cash in hand.
