Navtimer help

I’ve been approached to make an offer on this watch. I know nothing about Breitling. Any help would be fantastic :)

Well, for a start it’s not a Navitimer.

hard to say without knowing condition for one thing. Is the bracelet stretched/saggy? Lots of dings on case bracelet? Does clasp work well? Even more important, operation of watch. When last serviced? do all functions work properly?

Diamond bezel looks original, so that's good. get model number off back of watch, it will start with letter 'A' and look online to get an idea of what people are asking for this watch. This will educate you on where you potentially need to be to have the conversation with the other party.

Thank you very much. I will look into it,

Any idea on how old it is and what kind of breitling it is? Like I said I know omega and Rolex, I’m a novice when it comes to breitling

Looks to be a Breitling Crosswind Windrider A44355 with an aftermarket diamond bezel.

Basic info listed here:

http://www.breitlingsource.com/watch...drider_98.html

As others mentioned, find out when it was last serviced as that will play into what kind of price you should be offering.

They probably want $5k, if your girl likes it maybe a nice gift. Not an easy watch to flip.

Agreed- I doubt there would be much demand with the bezel.

$2500 max if all serviced and intact, diamond bezel isnt too popular on that like it is on a SA or SAII. I mean ive seen these go for $1750 without diamond bezel so.
