Should I trade Hulk for Bluesy?

I have the following collection: 116500LN (black dial), 116610LV (Hulk), and PAM 682. I’ve owned a BLNR, 116610LN, and both the 42 and 40mm explorer II’s in the past. Considering swapping out the Hulk for the Bluesy.

I'd keep the hulk...add the bluesy as that would be a great addition to your trio.

Keep the hulk and save for the Bluesy. It'll be easier to find a bluesy than to replace a hulk.

Have the Bluesy, never tried on or had an interest in the Hulk. I imagine you can sell your Hulk for a lot to fund the Bluesy. But if you want a Hulk again, it might be tough to get. I would buy the Bluesy, keep the Hulk unless you are tired of it.

100% I would do that. Use the SS frenzy for a direct trade to the bluesy with no money on top.

Hold them next to each other and you will definitely see that the bluesy blows it out of the water. I'd almost guarantee that. I used to own both at one time as well.

I agree with those telling you to sell the Hulk. Due to the shortage might as well sell high and buy the Bluesy while demand is low. Hulk prices will drop at some point if you want to get it again in a few years

Depends if you like two tone, bluesy although very nice I find it to be a bit flashy & blingy for my taste.
I will stick to the LVc

Yes why not, if you like the TT Blue Sub more by all means do the swap, I think it would be a great deal if you trade in yours for a new one. Why should you keep a watch just because others think it's a "hot" watch or the market is at all an time high? Are you investing or enjoying and wearing watches? There are many folks here that genuinely like their TT Blue Subs more than hulks.

Not for me as the bluesy is little too gaudy for my taste.

if anyone were... dumb enough to trade a blue for the hulk without the hulk owner adding cash, I’d say yes, do the trade... and run afterwards.

I'd add unless the plan is to go for the full gold and you are test driving gold on you.

If I had a one watch collection, or one Rolex in my collection, it would be the Hulk on aesthetic grounds. But if you prefer a Blusey, it's your life.

Like me, could it be that Hulk prices are now seeming so stupid that trading hype for PM looks sensible in the long term? I agree. The only difference being that I haven't reached that tipping point yet. I'm thinking Smurf. It probably won't happen but that won't prevent me keeping half an eye on the cost to change.

I wouldn't trade the Hulk for a Blusey, but I'm not you. They are both beautiful. Have you tried a Blusey on? I was nearly convinced but not 100% swung until I saw the 13LB on me, next to my skin. It worked. Which is to say it worked on me. It's different for everyone.

If it is what you want and the deal is fair, I would do it. There are a lot of both watches out there and either can be easily replaced.

Go for it. The Bluesy is a special watch. You can always reverse your decision of need be.

I wouldn't. They are both great watches, but I think you have plenty of room for more SS in your collection, so keep and add imo
