I’ve has some friends say that my Daytona and Sub are too much alike. I don’t see it at all. At all. Anyway, what do you fellas think is a great piece to compliment these 2 watches. Not looking to spend more than 15k. Thanks! All the best

It’s the black dials and black bezels. For the uninitiated, these watches do have a very similar look. I’d suggest adding some color and, perhaps, something without the ceramic bezel. How about a Blue SkyD? Or a blue dialed DJ? If you didn’t already have a Sub, I’d suggest going with the 116610LV.

I have the same 2 watches you do... I’m hoping for a white Daytona in the next few months or a blue skydweller if it’s not too big...

I’ve tried for the blue face, been told it can take up to 2 years. Was offered the white dial but it didn’t really sing to me. Love the blue.

TT GMT CHNR
TT SkyDweller champagne dial

Based on what you’ve narrowed down to, id vote TT Skydweller champagne.

I’m a little confused. Do you want another watch? Or do your pals want you to get another watch?

I like the idea of getting a different color dial than black. I have two black dial Rolex and my next will be either rhodium or blue, which model I don't know yet.

Get this one. Has a lovely, reliable German dashboard watch and the 1977 look is to die for! You can thank me later

I have the same two models as you and have heard the same comments from friends who aren’t in the watch world. While they have the color similarities they are two very different watches. Putting some color into your third piece wouldn’t be a bad idea. I’d go for a possible Two tone model, or if looking to stick with SS sports model- finish of and get the GMT Pepsi. But, at the end of the day get what you like and what you’ll wear. Its your coin and you’ll be the one wearing it.

Simple - BLNR or BLRO and done. I don’t subscribe to getting a watch without a ceramic bezel just to be different. The colorful ceramic bezels are a big reason why I love the current SS line of sports watches Rolex makes.
