FS: Seiko Samurai Blue Lagoon, SRPB09J1 (JDM version, limited edition)

For your consideration, for sale is a Japanese market version (JDM) Seiko Samurai "Blue Lagoon", reference SRPB09J1. It's entirely made in Japan (as noted by "Made In Japan" on the dial).

I've had the watch since September, when I bought it BNIB. It has very, very faint hairline scratches on the 12 o'clock side of the bracelet and faint desk dive marks on the clasp. These are faint it's hard to see in pictures. (Note: there's some lint in the pictures that looks like a scratch, but they aren't).
Otherwise, the watch is excellent and keeps great time. Unlike some other Seiko's, there is no misalignment on between bezel markers and dial markers, and the bezel moves tautly and smoothly counterclockwise (120 clicks).

6,000 of these were made, with only 500 being JDM versions - so it's a fairly limited edition watch. I hate to see it go. The dial is absolutely gorgeous, as is the rest of the watch. But it just doesn't get enough wrist time and is just a wee bit too big for my wrist. (Though, it wears smaller than the 43.5mm width suggests). It's a really cool watch on the wrist and of course a great watch to wear swimming (it's ISO certified Diver's Watch).
