116618 ln or lb..

Hi guys I am really having trouble deciding between the two..

I have gone through previous threads on the same topic.

However I would like to hear some 2019 opinions before I pull the trigger.

Thanks in advance.

* any other recommendations yellow gold Rolex are welcome too.

LB.

The white font on the LN dial simply looks off to me although the LN is also an awesome color combination.

Either work. But if you already have the black SUB go with the lb. I would also give the 116619 a hard look.

I own the LB. Love the blue/gold combination. It is magic!

I first bought the LN. Four years later I added the LB. Last month I traded my LN for a 116619. I think Rolex makes the best blue dial watches. Either way you choose, it’s a good problem to have. I think I’m just a serial flipper. I originally wanted the flat blue dial LB but I picked the LN because at the time I have the original TT SubC LB.

Another vote for the LB. The dial is spectacular and the complement of yellow gold and blue is stunning.

Is it being added to others or a one and only?

I have the 116618 LN. the black accents work better for me. Can’t really go wrong with either.

LN looks so darn good. It's so wrong having PM on a sub in my book, but it looks so damn nice! The contradictory elements along with the rarity and precious metal feel makes the watch desirable.

Definitely the LB for me. There's something about the blue against the yellow gold that makes it really stand out for me! The LB is my holy grail watch.

I love the TT bluesy, but in solid YG I think the LN is both more dramatic and versatile. Have you considered the Smurf?

Really tough question to answer

If I could afford to have your problem, I don’t know which one id choose either

I would prefer black because the blue adds more “pop” to the watch and it might be too much for me to use as a daily

However I love wearing jeans, and the blue would look great with those!

I’m confused as well
