For sale is an excellent condition 40mm stainless steel Rolex Submariner 50th Anniversary. The 16610LV is a D serial, circa 2005 production, and does not come with any box or papers. The Rolex features a brushed steel 40mm case with polished sides and a unidirectional rotating divers bezel with a green insert. The Sub features a black dial with applied 18 karat white gold surround superluminova coated hour markers, white gold luminous hands, and a date window at 3 o’clock. The Kermit is mounted on a brushed steel Oyster bracelet featuring a safety lock deployment clasp. The bracelet is sized to comfortably fit a 7.25 inch wrist with the diver extension closed. The movement used in the 16610LV is the Rolex calibre 3135 which features 48 hours of power reserve and was COSC certified. There are a couple scratches in the bezel, a very small one around the 5 minute marker but a more significant one around the 56 minute marker. There are also a couple marks in the polished sides of the clasp, maybe from adjusting over the years. However, regarding the rest of the case - the bevels, flutes, crown guards, and chamfers are all nice and crisp, as is the coronet on the clasp. The insert is a rich green, with an emerald tone.
