FS: 1963 Rolex Submariner 5513 Pointed Crown Guard Case with Gilt Underline Dial with Royal Navy Dive History
Serial #: 992,XXX Case / Bracelet: Excellent case that has previously been polished and shows light wear from use. The excellent black bezel insert is fading to a dark blue hue and shows light wear from use. The out case back is engraved "D.J. Boarer". The inner case back is stamped III.63. Excellent and newer 93150 bracelet with 12 links and 580 end links. The clasp is stamped with a VB date code. Dial: Excellent gilt underline dial that is beginning to turn tropical brown color. The dial shows some patina around the center post from hand drag. The markers have aged to a warm creamy hue. The hands are newer tritium service units. Accessories: Royal Navy Dive logs, civilian logbooks, Diver training certificate, Photos of vessels served on, naval and civilian dive photos, Service stats on ships served, R.N. diver history sheet, and certificate of engineering experience. The watch has been serviced by HQ Milton and is running at COSC spec.
