Does 4R35 Feel Different in Different References?

I am thinking about getting a Seiko dive watch. I am looking at an SRPB53 (https://seikousa.com/products/srpb53) and a mini-Turtle (https://www.seikowatches.com/global-...ospex/srpc39k1), both with the 4R35 movement.

The unscrewing and screwing in of the crown feels MUCH smoother on the SRPB53 feels than on the mini-turtle. I tried two different examples of each model, and there is a definite difference. So my question is, does the same Seiko movement sometimes feel different in different references? And, why?

Nothing to do with the movement, you’re noticing a difference in the thread of the crown or tube to which it screws on to.
