tudor 7928 vs 7928/0

Hello, I'm looking at a couple of 7928s, and one of them has 7928/0 engraved instead of just the standard 7928. Is there a difference between those two? If not, does that mean the 7928/0 is a fake?

I tried searching the forums, but nothing came up.
