Incoming... already here

Went to my AD today to talk about possibility of getting BLNR or BLRO... he said it was tough and they have no list, but "as a valued client he will let me know as soon as one becomes available". Then he said, "However, I just got this that might interest you". I cringed a bit, thinking here comes the PM bundle... but to my surprise no. He pulled out a Grand Seiko SBGA211. I must be honest, I do not know much about the brand other than what I have read here and the AD Manager was really selling me on it and how GS is an excellent timepiece. I told him that I only have Rolex's as he is well aware, then he says try it on... I fell in love the weight is nothing and looks OH SO CLEAN. Here is my first GS. I walked out a happy camper.

On my way out he goes, "Mr. MyLastName, as soon as I get a BLNR or BLRO you are my next call"... fingers crossed!!!!

Great first GS! It’s a very cool piece. And good luck on the BLRO!

Take a slow-mo video of the wheels turning in the see through case back. It's awesome. Enjoy. You may not go back to Rolex.

Thank you all. I am loving this watch. May need to start a small collection... next on list is a GS GMT. But maybe after I get BLNR or BLRO.
