Among first spring drives
Received Watch Time today. It had a section on the Grand Seiko. I purchased this spring drive from an A D shortly after they were debut at a show in Switzerland. I don’t even remember the year. Case back is transparent, no engraving for model etc. Only thing on the rotor is “Spring Drive” Of course I lost the box, book over the years. Anybody help me with information?

SNS005 from 2006 ish, iirc.
Part of the models Seiko launched as the International range, along with Ananta, paving the way for the official exporting of Grand Seiko in 2010. These are in essence all but a Grand Seiko in name, including the Zaratsu polishing of the case and bezel. |
