On the wrist comparison - Sub vs. Seadweller

I have been wearing a no date sub for a few years and am considering a triple 6 sea dweller. I know that it is a thicker watch but wondering how noticeable the difference will be on the wrist. Thanks

The sd4k wears fine on my skinny wrist. When I tried on a Deep Sea, it was way too big for my wrist can't speak for the sd43. It depends really on your build and what you like.

Not entirley sure if you are referring to the five digit serial versions of both, but if so, in my own expereince, the Sea Dweller tends to 'roll' a bit on the wrist probably due to it sitting slightly higher. Not a huge issue but definitely noticeble, at least for me. Interestingly I have found that this not such an issue for the SD 43, possibly due to the wider case?

I wear a pre ceramic Sub and a 50th Sea Dweller. One of the things I love about the Sea Dweller is you can micro size the band on the fly as needed through the day.

Triple 6 sea-dweller would be a Deep Sea (126660 (newer) or 116660 (older). Massive difference between a Sub and Deep Sea. I would try to find a 126600 (SD43, "Red Sea-Dweller","50th SD") which is 43mm and in between a Sub and Deep Sea. The newest version of the Deep Sea wears a little better than the previous iteration with its slimmed lugs and wider bracelet, among other things such as the 3235 movement.

The difference is very noticeable. Having said that, the sd wears well and I don't find it's thickness an issue.

Just to clarify, the "triple 6" I am referring to is the 16660 from the 1980's
