A new organisation has been set up in Britain, to accommodate the needs of men with Erectile Dysfunction conditions (unable to 'get it up') and those with unusually small genitalia (walnut -sized or even smaller).

The organisation will enable men with these conditions to be able to celebrate their lot, rather than, as at present , hiding and being ashamed or embarrassed among their peers.

The new organisation has a logo of two red bisecting lines which members are displaying in various ways. It forms a red cross on a white background, and is being commonly displayed in the form of a "Flag" flying from the windows of members' cars.

Members with both these tiny pen#s conditions are flying two "Flags", while those with only one small testicle are flying a single "Flag". It is hoped that this open display will enable the whole population to recognise these men, and congratulate them on their candour and bravery.
