Fake Hulk Sells For Nearly $11,000?

Stumbled upon this recent Hulk Sale on Ebay, after taking a closer look at the dial the watch came off as a knock off to me, specifically the "SUBMARINER" font on the dial is way off, unless Rolex has changed the dial font over the years. You will see on the genuine example below the word "SUBMARINER" is slightly thicker and the letters have less gap.

Did someone get ripped off for $11,000?

The SEL at the top right doesn't look right. The bezel text infill doesn't look right.

The engraving of the rehault is too deep too.

A rep for sure.

That's all I can make out from the low res pics.

You haven't convinced me. They look the same. The eBay one has had a tough life though, fake or not.

I am not the person you would want to have checking for a fake Hulk, but for those who can, here is the eBay text (top) and the text from the OP’s photo, for ease of direct comparison.

Look at the width of the letter "U" in "SUBMARINER" in relation to the number "1" below it on both watches. On the fake, the "U" and the "1" are the same width. On the real, the "U" is thicker than the "1"
Not to mention he gaps between the letters are way off.

Not to mention, the lettering on the real is much higher quality than the fake. The Fake is flat and dull, the real lettering just POPS
