Laser cutting a Speedy Nato.

Hi Guys,

Anyboby here has experience laser cutting an Omega OEM Nato Strap?, I kind of like the looks of some of the Omega Natos but the main reason Why I hate Natos it's because all the extra material that you have to fold back into the metal keepers.

I'd love an Omega Nato like the Tudors OEM , that are more like a Nylon Strap attached like a Nato but without the excess material.

Thanks.

I use side cutters, scissors and a gas lighter.

I also remove the double keeper strap.

You can use a nickel as a template for cutting the curvature and then a lighter to reseal the edges. Practice on a cheap NATO - it’s easy.
